Best solution is for MS to blame Sony, and Sony to blame MS and everyone to ignore us because it's an old machine and we should replace it with a new one. So I have a sony vaio pcg-fx370 and I got the blue screen of death and had to completely start over with xp. Soon after I noticed my touch pad wouldnt scroll when moving on the rightside, but I went to sony website, found driver and fixed the prob:) but I just noticed my fn button isnt working either ie: volume control and I cant find anything on the website for keyboards any ideas?

Aug 13, 2015 If you create an application using crystal report, then to run your Crystal Reports application you need to install the crystal report runtime engine on the target machine (Client machine). Crystal Report Runtime (Crystal Reports redistributable) has function and libraries which need to exist on the target PC without which reports won’t show up.
I suggest you to follow the Steps below and check if that helps.
If you are able to log in Right click on start
1. Select control panel
2. Select Ease of access center
3. Select On screen keyboard
Try updating the latest keyboard devices from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.
Follow the steps to update the Keyboard drivers:
a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
b. Expand the Keyboard driver.
c. Right-click on the HID Keyboard Device and click on Update driver software.
d. Restart the computer and check.
I suggest you to install any pending updates on the pc to check if that helps. Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.
