I am having issues too. I am beyond frustrated. When the popup comes up, it wants me to sign in with a SPECIFIC email password (it already has the user name there) When I try to erase the username and put my current sign on info in, it won't accept it because it already wants the account info for my old email that I do not even use anymore! Microsoft outlook 2010 microsoft exchange unavailable. I have been in the control panel - actually tried deleting that account from the Windows user credentials and still not fixed. I have also done everything listed above.
